Kara said let's take a look because it may not need a complete rebuild. She was absolutely right! Torque converter and some programming. I saved so much by choosing K&M by a friends recommendation. “Excellent service! Great experience. They responded very promptly to my son's breakdown (steering system broke while driving resulting in driver tire nearly coming off). Blake came to our rescue and provided phenomenal service. He took extra care to try to not further damage my sons car despite how challenging it was to load and unload it in the condition it was in. Most other tow truck drivers would not have taken this level of care and the result would've been a damaged bumper, fender and more. Very pleased with the service provided. Highly recommend.”

“I highly recommend this place. very honest. it took my 2017 Ford van to them realize the parts were on back order for over a year. instead of putting some aftermarket junk parts on it, they were honest told us not to put the aftermarket on as it would only be a temporary fix. the van runs fine and they told us that the issue would not get any worse. bottom line though is I appreciate their honesty and integrity we're going to contact Ford and try to get the parts but we'll definitely taking it back to debo's for them to put the parts on.
