“This is for Ms. Jessica, who works POS. Her energy was pouring out and she is such a great worker. She made going into my home with all my bags more easy because of how she packed them. I can’t say enough about her and how great she was.”

“Came rolling in here at 220 for oil change and rotation- they close at 3. Fully expected to be told "no can do" BUT told "not a problem!!! ". These guys (and gal) are rocking it out. I already see my truck in the ready to roll lot. Best place ever.”

“The shelves are getting low but this Family Dollar will be open Christmas Eve until 10:00pm. So if you need to buy something get there quick! I found what I needed and checked out very quickly and people were coming and going buying Christmas stuff. I was just there for candy for my grandnieces & nephews, but I picked up some cards and last minute gifts. It was organized and clean as could be expected in this season.”

“Extremely easy pickup process to fulfill online orders. I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes since this was a self-serve option for this specific order.”

“We just recently started ordering from this company for our business and they have been more than nice, friendly and easy-to-work with in the past year or so. We will order again. Thanks”

“Target is always a good place to go if you're in need of some better priced items of a higher quality than most retail stores they compete with. Although the stock is usually not full so for clothing especially you might not find your size. Check ahead on the site for what's available in store and you'll be fine.”

“Definitely a whole different experience than the General Dollar down the street on Elm/Vincennes Rd. They are well put together at Family Dollar, don't have to dig for stuff, the shelves are always stocked well. Good job Family Dollar!”

“I care full-time for my senior mother and order from 2 Walmart Superstores one a week or more, one store that serves Manhattan and another (in New Albany) that serves Louisville. When in Louisville I depend on the New Albany store because as a Manhattan resident, I don't own a car ... and don't even have a Walmart store in Manhattan. Overall, I love both location stores -- the 2 locations get 5 stars, a great rating from me. Overall Walmart rocks. Having orders shopped is valuable to a caregiver. The reason I took away one star is so many random items at Walmart cannot be shipped but must be picked up -- only, and I cannot figure out why since the items are inside the store -- and if only I could walk or drive to the store where I'd pick them up I could get them. So I hope Walmart figures out how to make nearly all items it sells available to be shipped. For example, Walmart's brand, Good Value -- dishwashing brushes (a utility brush can be shipped yet not the dishwashing brush [why?], empty stray bottles and many food items like Good Value refried beans, and certain cookies.”

“I just placed a delivery order for the first time. I have ordered from Wal-Mart and Sam's Club many times, just because they were closer. The pricing was similar, but I did get a great deal on Campbell's Chunky, only $1.66 per and got a few orders cheaper than anywhere else if I bought 2 instead of one. One item was out of stock, it was labeled "Low in stock" at the time of purchase. I got a text about a possible replacement. I received a picture of it, something the competitors don't do. The process was quicker and more seamless as well. Wal-Mart offers free delivery for $99 a year. However, my first time purchase with Meijer included a $10 off promo code. Most importantly, my $70 order got 8000 points, which I can use for free delivery on my next order. So as long as I place big enough orders, I get free delivery without paying for a membership. As far as Sam's Club, I have a $110 yearly membership that does NOT include free delivery. But you can save big time if you have a 2nd freezer. All in all, Meijer provided the best service and I look forward to ordering from them again.”

“This five stars is ONLY for pick-up services and the automotive department. What a great crew of folks, always friendly and helpful, very nice. I've never had a bad pick-up experience at this location and I'm always happy with the auto department. They're another consistently great group, and when I get my vehicles serviced, I'm always pleased. To shop inside is punishment. From the customer care staff, their pharmacy, to finding an associate for any help, it really is torture. An employee working the customer service department argued with me over a simple return. SIMPLE, as in I filled everything out online to start the process, including filling out my reason for the return, which it was a recalled item, but she still thought it was efficient to argue with me, roll her eyes, and be a total j*** for no reason, even after I explained everything to her, including sharing the recall information. It was dangerous to use. She still argued. Another time, I couldn't get my prescription without going through the line TWICE. It was ridiculous just to get my epilepsy medication, one I had been getting for YEARS at another Walmart. It wasn't a controlled substance. The lady as good as told me she didn't know what she was doing. What????? At the pharmacy??? That's uncalled for. I have gone through checkout 3 times, maybe. I have always got the disgruntled staff at checkout. They grumble and mumble who knows what the whole time while throwing my purchases in the bag like I'm a bother. I'm actually a very nice and even helpful customer. I'm not standing there on my cell phone. I'm attentive, and ready to pay promptly. This place is a joke. I'll stick with pick up. That team of associates are gems! I feel the same for automotive. They're great! Inside shopping and pharmacy at this location? I'll go elsewhere.”
