Very unprofessional management. Employees violate state health codes but somehow make employee of the month?....state calls ahead days before reviews? ....sad that anyone has to live like or deal with this. Most managers can be found out back smoking, if you are looking for them.

This is a lovely facility with great, caring staff. Thank you Laken and Shawna for making this move for my mother as easy as possible. I feel confident that she will thrive in this bright, beautiful, active community of wonderful people.

They do not staff a nurse third shift. It makes it hard for your loved one to get their medicine when needed. In addition, the pharmacy is out of Indianapolis so it makes it hard for medicine changes for refills can take up to 2 days. Some of the staff are rude and inconsiderate.
