“I went in to this body shop for an emergency problem with my car. Jeff fixed it temporarily for me so I could get home. I was picking up a family member who was being released from the hospital. He was so kind and thoughtful to my situation. He could only "wing it" because it will have to be fixed by a body shop. Unfortunately, he is booked up until April 2024. Or he would have definitely gotten my business. Being booked up until that time frame, the guy must be good and in high demand. I appreciate his help and kindness more than I could ever express. He wouldn't charge me anything for his work. He just told "to tell everyone he is a nice guy." He is!! Thank you again Jeff! I would recommend him to anyone. These kind people are hard to find in these time.”

“Shout out to Dylan in Service. Contacted him last week about getting my daughters car in that was inoperable due to possible transmission control module failure. Told him I had time constraints as my daughter was leaving to go back to college in 2 weeks. He said that if I could get the car to them that he could get to it in about a week maybe sooner. Had car brought over from another Ford dealer where it had been sitting for 2 weeks with nothing done to it. Two days before my scheduled appointment got notified that they were able to get the car in early. Transmission Control Module was bad and was replaced under warranty from Ford. Also found a bad range selector sensor that was keeping them from programming the module completely. Replaced switch and was able to program the TCM. Car was done in a little over a day. Very happy with the service. If my was still at the other dealer I'd still be waiting on them to get it in. My daughter has her car back with a week and a half to spare.”

“Todd and the guys saved my day! I accidentally hit wiper switch with my coat sleeve when I started the car.. before I could turn wipers off, one wiper blade got flung off from the frozen window. I stopped at AutoZone to ask if they could put it back on for me. Turns out it had a broken missing piece on the arm. Todd had things back to right in a matter of minutes. I couldn't have done it myself, even with the directions. Best customer service at this store. ? Thanks guys!”

“Let me start off by saying that I don’t live in the area, it just happened to be my luck that my vehicle wound up needing major suspension work after my vehicle was deemed unsafe for road travel ?. The first day of repairs for my vehicle (one Friday afternoon) multiple calls were made to many people from what I could tell so I began trying to call auto parts stores myself to try to assist the people at Cody’s Garages. It was evident in no time at all that many of the parts stores in the area just don’t answer the phone (Auto Zone and O’Reilly Auto Parts). To be honest if phones could just continue to ring I would probably still be waiting for staff from AZ or O’Reilly to answer. Which is a far cry from the O’Reilly stores in the state that I live in.In sheer contrast, however, the staff at Napa answered the shops call quickly and then parts were delivered as soon as possible (had to wait for the parts to be available at this location) The wrong brakes were initially delivered, but the peeps from Cody’s Garage called and the guys at Napa remedied the situation to include price matching the cost for the correct brakes ?Aaron has some amazing staff, and I will continue to use Napa in Richmond Indiana because their customer service is unmatched by the competition in the area!”
