“I went in to get my tire looked at and possibly repaired bcs it kept going low. Chris had one of his guys check it out and he took it off, cleaned it up around seal, and put it back on for very little. Chris said if I had anymore trouble come on back and he would check it out again. Well that was about 2 weeks ago and I have had no issues at all. Thank you Chris and staff. I will need new tires soon and will be coming to see you.”

“I was told by the Fiat Dealership in Indy that my car needed $1,300 worth of work done on my brakes. I took my car to Thrifty for a second opinion, and they said there was nothing wrong with my brakes at all, just regular wear and tear, and that they would probably last me another 50,000 miles. They didn’t even charge me for their time. Thank goodness there are still some honest, hard-working people in the world. They have my business for life!!Service: Brakes”

“I had an oil change done there. They said I had an oil pan gasket that needs replaced. They were going to order the part and call me when it's in. That was in October. I called them on 12/12 and was told the part came in three weeks ago, he said he'd call me the next morning 12/13 to schedule an appointment to get it in and fixed. Here it is 12/27/23, and no one has called to get my jeep in to get it fixed. Evidently, they don't have the want or the need for business. You'd be better off going anywhere, but there. Not great customer service.”
