Geoffrey and the guys at Gilstraps are fantastic to work with. And they do great work. Unfortunately, I've had to use them several times between the deer and good 'ol Southern Indiana drivers playing bumper cars on state highways. They have always done quality work for me.

Poor communication with customers and after 2mths had to finally tow to another shop wont be using them again in the future ?

Got my 2013 Ford Escape back from being fixed. They did a excellent job on it. Looks perfect. It shows how much they care about their customers needs. Not to mention how nice and friendly the staff are. Especially Geoffrey he will go out of his way to make sure everything is perfect.
