Went into James and Son in Scheriville to get some my fiances ring cleaned and the customer service was amazing. Not only did they clean her ring, they gave us a bridal bag that included jewelry cleaner, coffee cup, a small bottle of champagne and some bridal magazines!Thank you Kerstin for all you assistance!

Came in today for a new battery on my brother’s watch. I was greeted by a Wendy who was nice and very helpful during my time there. Took care of me in a timely fashion and provided me information for future visits. Great service!
