“Brought my mom to American Mattress for a new bed set since hers was so old. Met Jason and he went out of his way to be helpful, professional, and dummy stuff down so simplistic folks like us could understand the new technologies in a mattress.
Just for the heck of it we went to another mattress place and they didn't have the selection and their prices were far higher than American Mattress. Turned around, went back and Jason was again happy to see us and set us up with the best deal.
Great store, great employees, great stock, and I'll be picking up my next mattress set from Jason at American Mattress. Thanks guys !”

“Well, yesterday was a challenge. I got approved for the credit, but I wanted to buy the base. So, I have a Klarna account and tried to pay the base with Klarna. But it would not work and this is where Luis @ your Munster,IN location on Calumet Ave was great at doing his job and more. He, looked and looked to find ways to get my Klarna account to work even looked it up on the computer to find directions and even called another store location to see if that manager may have known a way to get the payment to go thru. He tried everything to help me. But at the end I had to spend $1500. But just the fact the he took the time to help, and try to figure it out with me was more appreciated then he knows. Cause now days people do not wanted to help each other especially in customer service. It was wonderful to know that there are still employees out there that care about doing a good job and helping people. I can't Thank him enough for helping me out yesterday and making me feel a littler better knowing that there is still some kindness in this world.”

“My wife and I just bought a house and wanted a new dining room table set. We hit a couple places in the area before we stopped at Penny Mustard. Their store Manager, David Kaplan, worked with us to pick out some options. First and foremost, he was the first person of any of the stores we went to that actually listened to us and didn't just try force us to buy the most expensive pieces they have. We saw down and went through all the different options from style, chairs, color, wood type. It was truly a 10/10 experience and I will be back. Thanks again Dave! we love our new table!”
