“Edited to add, delivery was a week ahead of what was projected. Delivery guys were polite, and quick. They called 30 minutes before arrival and were in and out in no time. The hardest thing we dealt with in this whole situation was figuring out exactly what we wanted. Will definitely be buying from Penny Mustard again!The absolute best customer experience anywhere! They don't pounce on you as soon as you walk in and give you space to walk around. So very friendly, fun, and professional. Between Sandra and Amy, the manager, we finally decided on what we wanted. After the purchase, there was a fun thank you email from corporate and then a personal thank you card from our wonderful salesperson Sandra. We can not wait for delivery, which will be around the end of February. Overall, it is the best furniture shopping we have ever had. She resolved an issue with a previous authorization hold on my Ashley card. I was able to get my set no money down in the color and style that I wanted.
