I do not visit often but every time I do I have issues with them billing me incorrectly or coding things wrong. I call to try to resolve them and they are of no help whatsoever. My insurance company has been more helpful than them.

Beacon medical is an amazing medical group! We moved here 6 months ago and my mom and I are so impressed with all the professionals we have met! I highly recommend any of them!

The receptionist are absolutely rude as can be on the phones. Hope the doctors know the rider the receptionist the more people won’t come there. Learn to speak to people with respect or get out of customer care!
