I get annoyed when this happens & instead of hooking up loyal clients, your paying millions to celebrities in silly commercials. But I understand this has nothing to do w/ Eric or his wonderful staff. I have no other complaints.”

Little did I know within 48 hours my previous agent staff had an error in our insurance and it was getting cancelled by the end of the night, which was a Friday.
