Unfortunately, I am not happy with how the staff treated my grandson. They seem to condone using excessive force akin to abuse when disciplining toddlers.

They actively abuse and harass the children and hide it by turning their backs to the camera or turn off the cameras in their room and when a call for action is made they make excuses for the abusive actions of the employees. Google them. You will find newspaper and legal records
