She was extremely rude and doesn't deserve 1 star. We will never do business with them again. The vehicle was filthy. Not deserving of any stars!

Tamara was a life saver!!! We had our ball mount improperly installed at pick up in Michigan, realized the problem at the Illinois boarder, then by chance found the most helpful and trustworthy employee at this Iowa location. She totally fixed our problems and was happy to make our set up 100% square and safe.

Terrible parking. There were like 5 cars there but only 1 worker. Tried buying moving supplies but after 15 minutes of standing in line, I left. SLOW customer service. Not sure how that place makes money unless it's a front for something different.
