“Fareway is an alright grocery store, in my opinion. I've had a couple of complaints,but I keep them to myself in hopes they will be rectified the next time I come in. Until something happens on a constant basis, I'll be fair. Wish prices would improve, but that's the same everywhere, you shop.”

“Some prices are absolutely phenomenal, and others are a little crazy. We can usually get in and out pretty quickly. They have great deli food! Love the 4 u deals!***Update**- Tonight, we went into the store and grabbed a few groceries. My husband tried getting fried chicken when we first went in roughly 7 pm.The employee @ the deli stated she was done with the fryer and no more fried chicken. We went about getting our groceries and as we started heading to the front of the store my husband heard a customer at the deli asking for an order of fried chicken -my husband went over- the customer said yes he heard correctly & she was ordering fried chicken & my husband better tell the deli employee right away- which he tried to do (it wasn't even in the fryer yet- and the deli employee refused to throw in another order.(Now the 1st customer asked for 2 orders & my husband asked for 1 order - and the deli employee refused him even tho the fryer had more than enough room) This was a little frustrating as we had tried almost an hour before to order the fried chicken.The cashier at the register even mentioned something to one of the others that something needed to be done regarding the deli.I will be calling the manager in the morning to discuss what happened, as we are frequently in the store for groceries and the deli fried chicken, and this was our first questionable experience.”

“And I've given it a higher rating at I never ever rented from my husband never work for him but unfortunately he is not what he appears to be when you don't know him he's very polite when you don't know once you get to know him he's rude. I am more than fair when I give people ratings I used to really like the owner Kelly showed his true colors he doesn't like to repair anything he expects his tenants to do it and I mean that is part of why we rent so that we don't have to take on the repairs. And then on top of it we had an inspection and the first person that came was a female and she was all over him telling him everything that he had to do and he was trying to throw me under the bus like the BMW smoke detector and she said unless it's written that it was my responsibility as his responsibility will she didn't come back I did so what does that say. “Nice store, I enjoy that the bathroom is right there in the entrance and it has a gas station in the parking lot, getting out of the parking lot is a little confusing depending on where you go out on to public roads and they don't have a good amount of the health food things I usually get at other hyvees but I enjoyed the helpful employees looking with me.”

“Came in to pick up a birthday cake and we had the best time! They even announced my son's birthday on the intercom and several people said hi and happy birthday to him. Thanks for always making customers feel special at Hy-Vee, we love coming here!”

“I love my local Dollar General. It's convenient, priced comparably to the grocery stores and a whole bunch handier. Also you don't have to chase an employee down to hopefully have knowledge enough to assist you correctly(Walmart) the staff is prepared to assist you on request. Dollar General has a little bit of everything health and beauty, household items, bathroom needs, frozen and shelf foods, canned food and drinks galore plus much, much more. I would recommend Dollar General to 10 out of 10 people if asked. 100%”

“Everything was good except for the electronics department as usual they don't have enough help and they have everything including small $6 items locked up behind glass so it takes you 20 minutes to get somebody to open it up for you. The other thing I've noticed lately is a lot of the Walmarts are going back to playing the super loud music in PA over the PA system which sounds horrible to begin with it's just brain rattling and stressful I think whatever happened to going back to the quiet relaxed atmosphere. A good shopping experience instead of a stressful one.”

“I was there on 5/23/23 at 8:11am The employee Tonya was working and she went above and beyond her duties. She was one of the best employees I have ever experienced. Her attitude, good natured, friendly, upbeat and just an overall wonderful person. I think she needs recognition for this.”

“My only problem with the Clinton Walmart is you can only schedule a pick up one day ahead. During these times they should at least set it up for 2 or 3 days ahead. I will say the people that bring out the items are really nice and smiling. Very pleasant surprise!”
