Needed supplies on a Saturday and the employee didn't have what we needed at the Illinois store so he came and got us what we needed from the Davenport store after hours. Absolutely amazing service

Only place in town that stocked the brand and color of shingles I needed. Other places were special order. Friendly service. Loaded up quick. Prices in line with the big box stores. Not a builder but would buy from again.
Builders First Choice was established in 2005, as a sister store to Anchor Lumber in Silvis. We have two locations in the Quad Cities and a third in Cedar Rapids.
BFC services the contractor AND the DIY customer. We have the largest selection of shingles and siding (in stock) in the Quad Cities. We carry over 30 colors of siding and accessories as well as 40 colors of shingles.
We specialize in shingles and siding, but are also able to take care of our customers as a full service lumber yard with our expert sales staff, due to our affiliation with Anchor Lumber and Do It Best.
