Customer service will hang up on you when you. Catch them in a lie. They will not provide you with correct test dates, and they deny reasonable accommodation to children with ARDs. Stick with SAT because ACT is money with croocks and unorganized methods and employees. That read a script and don't actually fix their mistakes.

Horrible Horrible Horrible organization!!! Avoid taking the ACT and just take the SAT!

This organization is simply the worst i have ever seen. Scores go missing. no customer service. no way to reach anyone at the company. awful
