After waiting 10 minutes on the phone to get a question answered with no response, I'll take my business to Fareway.

They recently went to ALL self-service checkout lanes. I didn’t mind if they had a couple for express lanes but the move to all lanes is ridiculous. Demographics of that location has caused unnecessary backups and it takes forever for someone to respond to the HELP light.
