Very very good. they are very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile for the patient. Gabe was my therapist and explained the exercises and cautioned me to stop when the pain got to bad to tolerate. I would recommend 21st Century to all needing therapy.

My son went to 2st century for over 2 years because his muscles don’t stretch and he enjoyed every PT up there and they all did so much for him. He continues to pop in to visit them and my should has been hurting for a month and no relieve with medication. Doing PT has relieved it some but I continue to go.

Natalie & intern Grant worked diligently to rehab my injured shoulder. Encouraging, easy to talk to about the limitations, exercises & what to expect. Great job in getting that shoulder functioning properly

Our Osceola location opened in March of 2018 and has been proudly serving the Osceola community and other surrounding areas since. It is one of our thirteen physical therapy clinics located throughout central Iowa and offers unique products and services such as occupational health services, Dry Needling, and TMJ services as well as sports medicine and physical therapy services.
