Customer service is hit and miss at best. Every time I go there, I see a new face behind the counter. Scheels in Iowa City have better service, and the staff there are way more knowledgeable. Chances of me going back to Palo Outdoors are slim.

I bought my grandson a bow and accessories , we were treated very well by the staff and I was impressed by the knowledge and helpfulness .Definitely recommend them .
