I came in for a weird grinding sound in my car and they knew how to resolve it. I was quite amazed it was a reasonable fix and the cost of it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. I will be back for future car needs.”

“After blowing my head gasket on my 1989 IROC-Z, I took it to them. We talked about what it was that I wanted them to do. They pulled the engine and rebuilt it. They used the brands of parts that I would have used if I had been doing the work. They were doing the work as I would have done. I'm very satisfied with the service I have received.”

“My Mini Cooper needed all new brake rotors and pads, and being a man, I watched a YouTube video and decided I could do the job myself. Half way through the repairs, I realized the car needed a lot more than just rotors and pads, and I was in over my head. In my lifetime, I’ve never given up on anything aside from my first marriage and learning how to break dance, but I had to admit defeat on this project and ask a professional for help. I swallowed my pride and dropped off the Mini at AutoMasters. They were able to complete the repairs and get the brakes working in tip top condition. Their prices on parts and labor were more than fair, and they didn’t take away my man card for bailing on the repairs half way through. This is the second time I’ve had them do work for me, and I’m suitably impressed!! I know there are other repair shops in town, many of them with great reputations, but for me, AutoMasters has become my go-to!”

“I drive a 20 year old car. I only go here to get my oil changed now. Made the mistake of going to one of those 'quik-change' oil places where you don't get out of your car and sat there for 15-20 minutes watching the techs goof off and play on their phones. It was me and one other car in the bay. No one else waiting. I left, went straight to Derby Rock Road Quick Lube. Was in and out and on my way before I knew what happened. And the techs are all beyond amiable and knowledgeable. Even if it might be a bit out of my way, it's worth it for the quality of service. I love hidden gems and this is one of them.”
