“We have banked with 9 banks within the last 25 years due to moves because no state that we moved to had the same bank as the previous state, unfortunately. I can say at least 6 of them treated us like we should be grateful for them. I always had to show my id and sometimes additional info and 90% of the time they never smiled or chit chatted or was basically jovial towards any customer i noticed. I actually left Peoples Bank in Hutch due to actually hating to go there because the employees didn’t seem nice or even pleasant and never smiled. We switched to First Bank Kansas and at once loved them and Every Single Time we walk in they all know me and my husband, never ask for id because they have it on there computer and always greet us by name the second we open the door. I actually enjoy going there and chit chatting with the tellers while they’re working on our transactions. And the new gal Sydney is so beautiful and funny and fits right in to their aura. I love this bank.”

“New Commerical Line for A/R: the best banking customer service I've experienced from a bank. Of course, that's the benefit with going with a local bank versus the giants. This local bank, however, really clicked for us. Really enjoyed the sign up process, the security around submission, the fees and product offerings. PB&T is a great fit for our needs. We delivered against our custom and urgent need for 'cash now', and fast. Highly recommend you look at them if you seek a team-player in a bank.”

“We recently purchased our first home with FnbH and could not be happier with this choice. I'll try to keep this short, but know that they will take care of you the whole way through. First off, I can't say enough about our loan agent Michael Holland. He is a professional and a gentleman. Even though he is busy and it was our first home, he treated us like adults and taught us everything we needed to know about the process. He explained our costs and rates (multiple times--Im a slow learner...) in simple terms. He even waited while we shopped at nearby banks for other offers. During the purchasing process, FNbH was very straight forward about what we could afford and encouraged us to get what we wanted while being conscious of costs. After choosing a home, Michael helped to ensure all the paperwork was lined up and let us know exactly what they needed and when. Communication was never an issue. The bank helped line up inspections, closing, and escrow. They explained our mortgage costs and taxes. Everything was clear and questions were answered promptly. I could go on, but it is clear--these people knoe what they are doing, have competitive rates, ans have the personal touch that any homebuyer would appreciate. Thanks!”
