“We recently purchased our first home with FnbH and could not be happier with this choice. I'll try to keep this short, but know that they will take care of you the whole way through. First off, I can't say enough about our loan agent Michael Holland. He is a professional and a gentleman. Even though he is busy and it was our first home, he treated us like adults and taught us everything we needed to know about the process. He explained our costs and rates (multiple times--Im a slow learner...) in simple terms. He even waited while we shopped at nearby banks for other offers. During the purchasing process, FNbH was very straight forward about what we could afford and encouraged us to get what we wanted while being conscious of costs.
