“My wife was in Manhattan, for a conference and I wanted to get her flowers for her hotel room and even though they weren't able to get me exactly as I wanted, the gal at Kistner's gave me several numbers, to other florists, who could get me what I wanted for my wife.VERY impressed that customer service, in trying to serve the customer, was more important than just getting a sale!BTW: There were other florists I had called and when I asked for possible referrals, they refused to help me...If I am ever in need of a florist, in Manhattan, I'd not hesitate a second to call Kistner's!!!”
“I called at 1:00pm today to have flowers delivered by 5:00pm today. The gal taking my order was quick, helpful, and I got just what I ordered. The flowers were delivered by 3pm. What a great way to surprise a co-worker for her birthday. Great customer service.”
