Had new tires put on in indiana at a Discount Tire store b4 leaving for California and we were having vibrations still in steering wheel stopped in at J's and found out ford were already out of balance already just after 1000 miles

“I can’t recommend ASAP AutoWorks enough! I’ve been bringing my vehicles here for window tint for the past 4–5 years, and the quality and customer service have always been exceptional. They’ve tinted at least five vehicles for me over the years, including my 1990 Chevy, 2007 Chevy Silverado, 2021 Toyota Camry, and 2021 Chevy Tahoe.
I’ve always dealt directly with the lady who runs the business, and she has been absolutely amazing every single time. She’s friendly, honest, professional, and extremely reasonable with her pricing. She’s always upfront about the products and materials she uses and takes pride in using quality tint. One of my vehicles has had her tint on it for around five years now, and I still haven’t seen a single bubble or issue with it.
On the rare occasion I’ve ever had a concern, she’s been quick to take care of it without any hassle. She also does everything she can to work with your schedule and get you in within a reasonable amount of time.

“I’ve got tires for my truck, car and rented a car dolly from here. All 3 occasions were great. When I got new tires for my car they let me know I had bad shocks on the rear of my car and a bad ball joint up front. There was absolutely no pressure from them to do the repairs they just simply let me know. Their pricing for this service was also better than other shops I had called earlier. Not a single scratch on the wheels from mounting new tires. John and Chris worked on my F150 and even though it baffled them a bit, they were able to diagnose and then FIX the problem. My old truck is running great. Chris had noticed something which needed to be addressed so he gave me a very reasonable quote to which he put me on the books for the upcoming repair. What really impressed me was the communication as they both called me a couple of times with questions and updates to keep me in the loop. I will be going back when I need more automotive work done.”
