“I have food allergies so I can't eat much from Casey's. But before my food allergies were discovered their Pizza there is fabulous and before I stopped eating meat the chicken that they served and everything was really good there's sandwiches were good there everything. There's donuts stuff like that they have great coffee
Vegetarian options: If you're talkin vegetarian there's a lot of options if you're talkin vegan there's not
Parking: Small Towne small parking lot
Wheelchair accessibility: The wheelchair ramp accessible is great but they do not have a button to push for the door for somebody that is in a wheelchair someone else would have to open the door”

The chicken is cooked in a marinade that gives it just the right consistency of flavor and tenderness.

“This is my favorite gas station in Lawrence! The owners are always very friendly and spark humorous conversations. It’s always a joy to go visit them when I need something! Around Christmas, I hadn’t been in there for a while and when I went in there, he remembered me and gave me a wonderful tin of shortbread cookies. It seems they truly appreciate the business they have and they’re very easy to support because of it!”

For years I've been coming here for my other convenience store needs, but the addition of the kitchen has me coming in regularly first thing in the morning. “A homeless guy fixed the potholes next to the side can you believe that. Pump number 5 works very slowly. No overnight restroom and so I had to poop on the ground.
Let that sink in for a minute, The very guy that spent $40 of his own money on marble rocks for the potholes was not allowed to use the restroom in the middle of the night and had to poop on the ground.”

“5 stars isn’t enough. i just possibly had the most life altering kindness i have ever experienced. i’ve only ever been to this gas station once or twice before. i never got the name of the lady behind the counter but whoever was working around 10 am on 06/16/26 was the most genuine and kind person i have ever met. I walked into this gas station carrying a heavy, invisible weight, doing everything in my power to keep myself afloat. when i walked in to put gas on my pump, the stranger behind the counter asked how i was and when i said “good, hanging in there yknow?” and asked how she was, she said “i’m good, thanks for asking.” after letting out a little “oh.” as if she had seen through the mask. she then offered me a soda. apprehensive at first, i told her there was no need and she really didn’t have to do that. she insisted and told me it was on her. she then said “hopefully it will make your day a little bit better.” i walked away to go get my soda and by the time i had walked up to thank her and let her know her impact on me, i had already started crying again. i told her that her actions will not be forgotten and i truly and deeply thank her for selflessly pushing her struggles and wounds to the side to show up for a complete stranger. she asked me if i was okay a couple more times to which i responded “yes, there’s just a lot going on.” she then said “i hope you are okay, please let me know if you need anything. i’m right here.” its crazy how selfless we can become. THAT is true kindness.”

“Alwin was a delightful staff member to encounter. He was nice and professional. The star rating I give goes to him. As a single mom who needs to visit the pharmacy during nights occasionally, he has never made me feel uncomfortable the few times I've encountered him. He has always been kind, helpful, and knowledgeable.
The other man working was hovering over me while I was looking at prenatal vitamins. I was trying to assess cost and quantity, and he kept getting more uncomfortably close. I ended up choosing two miscellaneous bottles of prenatal vitamins because I didn't want to be around a random middle-aged man following me 3 ft away.
If I were to be buying pads or tampons, I would also feel uncomfortable, and I would know he didn't have the advice about any of it to give, and I would be equally creeped out and afraid as to why he decided to get so close to me.
I asked him about the rewards and cash back program, and I also didn't receive any information I needed to understand its purpose. I left Walgreens feeling weird and harassed by this, I'm assuming, manager.”
“Very clean always. Great for late night snacks and coffee, plus a beautiful selection of tea. It's the safest gas station in town which is a plus late night. The nicest lady works there, I wish I remembered her name, but she works late nights so wanted to show appreciation! Thank you!”

“I'm a s***** for convenience store hot dogs. This store has much more than hotdogs, though. I love their empanadas and other stuff from the hot bar. Sometimes I'll duck in for a sandwich to take to work. I have been happy with all their food so far.The staff seem friendly and polite. They have been very helpful. Once the hot bar attendant made me fresh empanadas and I was very impressed. Great service.This store has all the typical convenience store fare. Lots of drinks, chips, candy and gum. There is also a Burger King and a Sbarros Pizza inside the store. This place is big inside and there is plenty of room.During the summer, they have an air gusher that blows cold air when the front doors open. Such a nice little treat for customers on a hot day. They also have a Savings Card where you can get your gas and earn rewards. There is plenty of space to park and access is not a problem. The store is clean and orderly. All good!”

“This Love's is in the Topeka Travel Plaza, in the center of I-70 just outside the city. It has the usual Love's features including a mostly clean restroom, the snacks and drinks I have gotten used to at Love's and the 10 cent per gallon discount. They even have the usual dog park here!
It's busy and you can exit in either direction so be sure you're headed the right way as it's a ways to the next exit!”

“This place is fabulous I mean really the staff is amazing and will help you any way they can no matter what . it is handicap friendly and the store has a really nice variety of items to make your time at the lake enjoyable there is always something going on at this corner store but don't listen to me go check it out for yourself you won't be disappointed I promise”
