If I could put 0 stars I would. Showed up for my appointment, that I scheduled 3 weeks ago. Same guy was working behind the counter that was there the day I scheduled the appointment, and he said I never scheduled an appointment so needless to say, I will not be doing business here again.

I have shopped at this store since the 90's, generally a great experience. Some of the Joplin counter guys drag their feet and feed you a line of nonsense but I have not experienced this at any other location. Springfield fixed our issue right away!

They were awesome. They helped me find what was best for my car in my budget. Got it installed. Had an issue but they fixed it very fast and was done. Id recommend them to anyone. They are a little pricey but well worth it.
We are combining our Pittsburg,KS store to with our Joplin store on March 7th 2020 to better serve our customers. We are also opening a brand new store in Bentonville, Arkansas. All of our Pittsburg employee family have accepted jobs at our Joplin location and are excited for the change. We can offer more installation options and a wider variety of products to offer our customers at our Joplin location. We have always been focused on customer service, that will continue. Our customers are the reason we continue to grow and are able to provide good careers and jobs for our employees.
