Called them and left messages with no return calls and this morning I thought I'd just go by. They were closed at 945 am with 2 other clients out waiting.So I called Channel Ridge and not only did they answer, but they got my vehicle in and the exhaust issue fixed within a couple hours.Will be going here for these kind of issues going forward.”

“Stayed at the truckstop there in Salina where Commercial Tire has the shop. Woke up to a giant metal object in brand new trailer tire on my brand new trailer. Supervisor had a brand new Michelin trailer tire that he sold me and installed . Tire was only 350 for a virgin trailer tire not a cap. I will definitely be back. They had me up and going quick and aired all my tires also I will definitely be back this week for an alignment which is by appointment”

“I was driving back to Canada and 2 miles out of my scheduled overnight in Salina Kansas, I experienced a sudden loss of power and more than a couple warning lights on the dash. I was able to nurse it to my hotel for the night.The next morning, the car ran fine, no lights on the dash, very mysterious. I went to Downtown Auto Service based on their Google reviews and was not disappointed. He was up front and said he couldn't do a repair for me that day, but he did scan the car, and gave me the trouble codes. He also phoned all over Salina looking for the part I needed, (no one had one in stock) and kept looking until he found a dealership with the part about 60 miles away. He provided some advice on how to deal with the issue if it happened again during my travels. Although I ended up not having any work done here, they went out of their way to help me out with pinpointing the problem, locating the part, and giving me advice which helped me decide my best course of action for repairs. “Lance is a stand up guy. The techs had issues programing my tire sensors. I went to long Mac and they determined sensor was faulty. I went back to Sam's and Lance fixed the issue had me in and out. As well to compensate me. He gave and installed new whiper blades onto my truck I needed. That was equal cost of my dealership diagnostics bill.”
