“Colin was wonderful, informative, and helpful. Walked us through every step of opening up a new account. This has nothing to do with Colin but I would caution new users at this location (Maize and 13th) there isn't any line or queue or at least anyone to greet us to let us know where to wait or who to see. So we sat at the 4 green chairs and I hoped I was in the right place to be helped (it was). There was a long line after we left so Sat mornings can be busy. I also appreciated that a new user can get their debit card that day instead of waiting for it in the mail.
Colin also assisted with the first time using their virtual teller which was nice to have a walk through. Many Thanks Colin!”
“I had been a member for over 25 years. I had been repeatedly turned down and not approved for a car loan and mortgage loan. I had to obtain loans with outside financing institutions. This was disappointing because my longevity with this bank wasn’t a factor in their decision making. I guess being a member for over 25 years doesn’t matter.”

“On my review of rating things, I accidentally hit no drive-thru, but it does have a drive-thru. It's actually a pretty good bank the staff were helpful and accommodating, even though I didn't have an account there. I did have a check to cash there from that bank from my lawyer. They're actually really nice people. Just got to make sure you bring two forms of identification if you have a check for that bank at that specific bank.”

“Great 24 hr full service bank. There is a lobby open 6 days a week as well as full service true 24 hr drive thru ATM access where you can do pretty much everything such as deposits, withdrawal, bill payments, as well as video customer service available from 9am till 8pm through the ATM screen. They also have same day debit card pickup created right at the branch which is very important.”
