“I recommend this bank for so many reasons, the people are phenomenal especially Allison R. She is at the location on Pawnee/broadway…….always helpful, patient, just beautiful people!!! The fraud department, let me give a HUGE shout out to that amazing department because they are on POINT!!!! They are always watching the accounts and shutting anyone down that attempts to taking money…I can’t even begin to say enough for the fraud dept. they have stopped so many attempts I can’t even begin to tell you…..very thankful, if you have any issues they are on it and do what they can to make it right! They make your card right there so you don’t have to wait for it to come in The mail…..I can’t say enough good things about this bank and the men and women that work there! And they even called me on my birthday and sang me a birthday song….if you need a bank check this one out because you will not be disappointed! Thank you for being the fabulous people you are!!!”

“Colin was wonderful, informative, and helpful. Walked us through every step of opening up a new account. This has nothing to do with Colin but I would caution new users at this location (Maize and 13th) there isn't any line or queue or at least anyone to greet us to let us know where to wait or who to see. So we sat at the 4 green chairs and I hoped I was in the right place to be helped (it was). There was a long line after we left so Sat mornings can be busy. I also appreciated that a new user can get their debit card that day instead of waiting for it in the mail.
Colin also assisted with the first time using their virtual teller which was nice to have a walk through. Many Thanks Colin!”

“On my review of rating things, I accidentally hit no drive-thru, but it does have a drive-thru. It's actually a pretty good bank the staff were helpful and accommodating, even though I didn't have an account there. I did have a check to cash there from that bank from my lawyer. They're actually really nice people. Just got to make sure you bring two forms of identification if you have a check for that bank at that specific bank.”

“I had been a member for over 25 years. I had been repeatedly turned down and not approved for a car loan and mortgage loan. I had to obtain loans with outside financing institutions. This was disappointing because my longevity with this bank wasn’t a factor in their decision making. I guess being a member for over 25 years doesn’t matter.”

“I’ve banked with Equity for about five years now. The staff at Central and Maize are absolutely amazing. I’m always greeted with kind smiles and friendly conversation as soon as I walk in. I’ve been to other locations and the staff has consistently been very curt with me so I’ve just kind of learned to only use this location because you can tell that they genuinely enjoy their job based on their attitude. Equity also does not charge those ridiculous ATM fees. If you are considering opening an account or switching to a different bank, I would highly suggest this location specifically.”
