“My beloved Smart car was in an accident and suffered damage to my headlight and front right bumper. I was nervous my car wouldn't be able to be repaired since it is a unique car that isn't sold in the US anymore so parts are hard to find.
Fortunately, the only part that was hard to find was a new headlight. The part was ordered and arrived earlier than I expected. My car was ready the same day it came. It was even cleaned inside and out before I arrived to pick it up.
Everyone seemed to genuinely care about the situation and called me with updates. I am really happy I chose them to fix my car and will recommend them in the future!”

“Had my 2024 Sienna repaired. As cars have gotten fancier, the repairs get scarier. Almost 2 weeks out and no problems, and the fact that they stand behind their repairs makes it easy. “They did a terrific job but I only gave them four stars because the owner said he would buff out the other headlight and he didn't. They fixed the bumper and replaced the other head light assembly. It looked terrific. I would use them again in the future but wouldn't pay until he did what he said he was going. Workmanship was great. Sticking to what he said he would do cost him that 5th star.”
“Very pleased with service I had the front part of my car replaced. After my last auto-body shop place did more damage to my car and it ended up getting totaled out I was worried. This experience was great at first the color wasn’t super accurate but they let me bring my car back and adjusted the color in 2 days.”

They’ve gone above and beyond to make things right which I’ve really appreciated and they do quality honest work for an extremely reasonable price. When their opinions conflict I always trust Mikes advice and expertise he’s never let me down. “I brought my brand new truck into this shop after a minor accident that damaged the steel bumper and fender. I was nervous at first because the truck has built-in tech features in the bumper, and I wanted to make sure everything was repaired perfectly. Michael delivered.
Not only did he do a flawless job with the bodywork and paint, but they also made sure all the tech components were reinstalled and functioning exactly as they should. The truck looks like new again.
They finished the job on time and kept me updated throughout the process. This is a small, local shop that really takes pride in their work, and it shows. If you care about quality and attention to detail, I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here. They’ve earned my trust and my business!”

“I have had body work done on several cars here over the last few years, and had nothing but great service and fantastic results at a very reasonable price! Most recently, I had a couple spots repaired (a fender scraped against the garage door, and a dented/scratched passenger side door) on my beloved "Blue Magnetism"-colored Prius. I was really worried that the paint could not be matched well, since it is kind of an unusual color. But American Auto Body knocked it out of the park! They even washed and buffed the whole car, so it was super clean and sparkly when I picked it up. It looks absolutely perfect. Couldn't be happier!”

I called to get an estimate for some minor damage to my daughters car. I was told to had on down to their sister location on Kellogg to get an estimate, as that is where all the work is done and they would be much faster.
I went down and talked with Melanie and she came out got my information and took a bunch of pictures. Then she sent it over to Chris. He took a look at the pictures and info that Melanie had taken and then we went out to take a look at the damage. He spent about a minute looking and said he would be right back. He went in got some solvent and rags and proceeded to wipe off almost all of the paint and damage!
Melanie and Scott were awesome and would not let me pay for anything. I highly recommend Anderson and Ernst Collision! They are well worth the trip!”
