“If you are looking for a vet for your fur baby, look no further! I've been going to TSAC for the last year and a half, and they've been wonderful. Dr. Daniels is phenomenal! Very personable, educative, and his care/respect for all pets is clear.This office is ran extremely well. It is accessible to pet parents (AM drop offs for longer procedures, open until 6 PM, open on Saturdays, available by text, call, or app. Always pick up their phones and I receive call backs promptly). I've never experienced exorbinant wait times. I've never had an issue, period! They alleviate my concerns being a first time pet parent, they follow up by call/text to make sure my cat is doing well, and they're all around, well run and very kind.I definitely recommend this office, Dr. Daniels, and their staff. I so appreciate the kindness they've shown me and my sweet cat. I've since moved 20 minutes away from Blue Ash but I will make the drive every time for this level of patient care.”

We should have socialized her better. The staff never make us feel bad about our dog's behavior. “My family cannot thank the staff of Monfort Heights Animal Clinic enough for the high quality of care and compassion they demonstrated towards our miniature schnauzer when she was suffering from kidney failure. She stayed overnight for three nights receiving round the clock attention in order to try and save her. It was an absolutely awful experience to have to decide to put her to sleep but Doc McBride and the vet technicians (Dora chief among them) treated us with respect and empathy. I'll never forget after she was gone and they had to remove the IV, they still gently wrapped her little leg in red gauze. That kind of attention to detail mattered so much at one of our lowest and most heart wrenching moments. Thank you Monfort Heights Animal Clinic! They have earned our business and trust for many years to come with future dogs.”

“The place was great. We took our cat in to be checked because of some dry skin and loosing hair at the base of her tail. The vet came in looked at her and told us right away what it was, gave us some medication and that solved the problem. I loved that they got to the heart of the problem and did not do any unnecessary test and things like most want to do. The staff was pleasant and really cared about us and our little fur baby. His condition was causing quite an unintentionally violent and uncontrollable reaction that had resulted in a nasty injury to my finger when attempting to take him to a local vet. “Although this is a great facility, the lady with the short purple hair needs a new job. She is a receptionist and being the "face" of the clinic, she really leaves a bad taste in people's mouths. She is always rude whether on the phone or in person. She is constantly giving the "stank face" to people as if we are interrupting her time, when she is in fact there to do a job.Get it together. Otherwise, the remaining staff are great and always make my dogs feel so happy.”

Staff is always friendly. I can leave me pets knowing they will be well cared for until I pick them up. I had a problem with my dogs having 2 liters, then trouble getting puppies homes, stressed out people around me, and almost had to consider getting rid of my beloved dogs.
