This company lost out on a federal government sale worth $3K+ simply because I couldn’t find an 889 form on their website. I tried calling, but no one picked up. I also emailed, but received no response. Moving on to a different vendor.

Ordered two items back on 06 NOV 2022 and haven’t been given a status update on the order. I’ve sent two emails and called multiple times. Hoping I’m not out the money and/or items.Might want to consider going with a more reputable and responsive company.

Highly recommend this company! Their online store is really easily navigable, the product quality is great, and customer service is so helpful when you have any questions about the checkout process/order status. Wonderful experience overall!
