“They did a terrific job but I only gave them four stars because the owner said he would buff out the other headlight and he didn't. They fixed the bumper and replaced the other head light assembly. It looked terrific. I would use them again in the future but wouldn't pay until he did what he said he was going. Workmanship was great. Sticking to what he said he would do cost him that 5th star.”
“Highly recommend Cobb's Car Care Center. They replaced the clutch on our 2019 Subaru Crosstrek and were excellent from start to finish. They quickly diagnosed the issue and walked us through exactly what needed to be done and what it would cost. Clearly very knowledgeable.
When one of the aftermarket clutch parts turned out to be defective (through no fault of theirs), they fixed it fast at no charge and even reimbursed us for the tow to their shop. They kept us informed at every step, and their pricing was significantly lower than the Subaru dealership's service center.
A few days after we got the car back, the owner personally called to make sure everything was running well. That kind of follow-up is rare. We'd absolutely come back for any future car care.”
“Great experience. John is easy to talk to and all around a great dude, you can just tell he don’t bs nobody. Dropped my truck off the night before my appointment, I was shocked how lit up the parking lot and building was, you could see it from space if you looked hard enough I’m sure of it, which was cool because it made me feel more comfortable leaving my truck overnight, the drop box was super easy and they were quick with the tranny service & reasonably priced. Big shout out to John and the guys at SS transmission. I appreciate it.”

They were able to use my discount code that I had, changed the cabin filter and took care of my oil change very quickly. It was a hot day, so I respected them for going so quickly and working hard in the heat, since they have to be out in the elements. I will be coming back, this was my first time at Valvoline.”
“I am a service manager working in the Dayton area. One of my customers called me while travelling in Ciicinnati; she described an unsettling drivability condition that suddenly arose. I advised her to pull over while I located a Jiffy Lube in her proximity. Mark at the Linwood location answered promptly and professionally. He listened patiently as I described my customer's problem. He was quick to offer his assistance and ensured me she would be taken care of. He called me after the customer left his center to explain the safety issue he and his team identified and resolved that could have caused a bigger hazard otherwise. He should be commended for his professionalism, willingness, and superior customer service that he provided without hesitation. Much appreciated!”

“Because of the manager at this place - Hutch - I have become a loyal Valvoline Instant Oil Change customer. I was in the area and stopped for an oil change. They did a good job - friendly people, fast service and no upsell pressure - but a minor thing happened during the service. Hutch says, if you want to get it fixed just call me and I will fix it. A few days later I decided I did want it fixed, so I called him. He told me to figure out where I wanted to get it fixed and he would take care of it. And he did! No nonsense, no hassle and he did exactly what he said he was going to do. Thanks Hutch!”
