So I decided to change shops. I live in Tennessee ,so I did my homework and went three and half hours away to GB Customs.they changed color ,done interior work,if you have a lot of money in your ride ,take it to GB Customs!Jeff sent pictures each week detailed work ,didn’t have to guess what they were doing,bottom line Professional work.Thanks Jeff for personal input on car. “Driving from Middletown ohio to my grandsons wedding in Tennessee our car broke down a mike north of Williamsburg Ky. The police department gave me the number of their local towing service, Bolton’s. Called and were told about two hours, Chris, the driver showed up about 1 1/2 hours later, after towing two other vehicles that broke down in the same jam we were in. Towed us to Rolands service, who he highly recommended. After dropping off our car he offered to take my wife and myself to the Hampton hotel to spend the night since our car couldn’t be repaired, but got an emergency call fir a bad accident on 75. Gave us the cab company number and left. He was a wonderful and very helpful man and couldn’t have bern nicer. A credit to those he works for. Michal J Chupka Sr. Middletown Ohio”

“Excellent customer experience this past Saturday! We were traveling on 75 and had an alternator going out. We were over two hours from home and three hours from our destination. Dr. P (John, Crystal, and crew) was technically closed for construction, but still answered the phone. After hearing our situation, they offered to look at our vehicle. They worked on our van as if they were open for normal business hours. We were quickly back on the road. Their customer service and kindness turned what could have been a difficult situation into nothing more than an unexpected stop. Thank you!!!”

“We were visiting the area and got a flat tire which was unrepairable and I couldn’t drive on the spare back to Michigan. I Called several places and all had to order my size. We called OK tire and they had the right size used tire. Bridgette was so helpful and kind! Chris was busy but it didn’t take long for him to get the new tire changed and back on my car and was very nice as well. We made it home on the tire and for much less then what I would have had to spend at a chain store. I highly recommend OK Tire. We were so grateful for their help and was able to finish out our vacation because of them!”

“Great company! I am very thankful for the driver who helped me this past Saturday as I was on my way from Georgia to Ohio and hit a pothole. Of course my tire burst in the most inconvenient location ever. No tire shop in sight for miles, and not able to get to my spare. I didn't catch my driver's name, but believe it was Aaron. I do believe he was angel sent to help me. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and understanding. They don't make many ppl like him anymore. Definitely a blessing in disguise”

“These guys are the best, I'm 6 months overdue on this review. I had a issue with my truck getting stuck in 4-lo and they were able to explain the issue and due to needing a part couldn't promise a permanent fix- When it got stuck a week later they fixed it again providing me some more time for a permanent fix and didn't even charge me, just did it as a favor. That shows they're about the customers. Have always been timely and affordable on all my auto issues. Franks is the best!”

“We had just bought a car in another state when our transmission broke while on vacation. When driving the new car home to Ky. It stated acting up and was told by the Dealer we purchased the car from it needed a tuneup. We got the car home and took it to Legacy and they got us in right away, checked out the car, got in touch with the purchasing Dealership and help to get us an amount to help with the tuneup. They were very helpful thru this possess. I don't remember the associates name that helped us but it was a blonde lady and she was very helpful.”

“My truck broke down while traveling out of state through the Corbin area. The Don Franklin Toyota service department was patient and easy do deal with even though I did not have my truck fixed. I ended up trading my broken vehicle due to a very fair trade value from the sales department. Cody and Dave were amazing to work with making the process super easy even though it was primarily over text messages and phone calls from another state. I’m just bummed I don’t live in the Corbin area to continue to give Don Franklin Toyota my business.”
