Worst customer service ever!! It took weeks to get supplies. When order finally came they sent wrong filters. Every time I called I was told something different, & no one was helpful.

Horrible! Took $150 from me on Friday to pay off my CPAP, then wouldn't get me the new equipment to go with it. It's Monday. They never called me back. I called them. They have lost some of my records. They hung up on me.

Still waiting for my cpap supplies from two months ago. No response no follow up. This used to be the best place in Lexington for any medical equipment. I don’t know what happened but they are now the worst.
