“Today I took an old bike down to the shop and I want to get it fixed but it was a lot of trouble for for that bike show the shop gave me a nice bike I am homeless and I'm trying to start dashing on my bike and 45 years old appreciate what they did for me and they got me on my feet I start dashing tonight and I appreciate everything they did for me they're good people to talk to you about old bicycles no bicycles trailers shoes don't like your old shoes down there and at the shop and she will go down they're amazing they're quick pass to get done”

“All positive experiences here from buying a bike to maintaining others. Live nowhere near this shop but this has been by far the best shop in Louisville I’ve found while living here. Ownership is personable, fair, experienced, and PRESENT unlike other stores I’ve been in. I had one small snag with a repair that was immediately addressed and likely my own fault. Derek immediately found a solution and spent what was likely his own lunch break swapping a wheel for me. He kindly took the initiative to give me a few tips to avoid the issue in the future. Appreciate all they’ve done to keep me on my bike.”
