Ownership is personable, fair, experienced, and PRESENT unlike other stores I’ve been in. I had one small snag with a repair that was immediately addressed and likely my own fault. Derek immediately found a solution and spent what was likely his own lunch break swapping a wheel for me. He kindly took the initiative to give me a few tips to avoid the issue in the future.
