What a awesome Testament to Pride of ownership and trying to keep the architecture and history is of a community in preserving such wonderful buildings and more than just this one street was gorgeous to walk down. Takes a village great town <3

The walking tour was excellent! The tour guide was so informative and knowledgeable about the architecture and history of the houses. We learned so much about the history and houses.

The gateway to Old Louisville is the Historic Old Louisville Visitors Center in Central Park. Guided walking tours offer visitors historical and architectural information about this national preservation district.
Today, the national preservation district of Old Louisville boasts the largest contiguous collection of Victorian mansions in the United States.
Together we advocate for historic preservation, plant trees, work in a community garden, serve as good stewards of Central Park, work on zoning issues, establish neighborhood watch programs, put on free concerts in Central Park, give to the most vulnerable in our community, and support our local businesses.
