Pocket Change Lou was founded in November 2020, and is a resource hub and retail store providing a safe haven for local Black businesses to network and grow their venture projects. Strategically located on Baxter Avenue right off Eastern Parkway, PC Lou exposes Black-owned products and businesses to affluent residents of the Deer Park Neighborhood.
