“I started out both shopping for new jewelry and looking into getting work done on an heirloom ring. Royal Jewelers was the first (and probably still the smallest) I visited, but everything they told me has been verified upon second (and sometimes 3rd) opinions. They gave me great, timely work and communicated well, and have been by far the most transparent and offered the most information and expertise. Meanwhile with the other places I've visited for 2nd opinions and quotes, I've found the larger operations in town to be the most amateurish, inconsistent, and least trustworthy. “Friendly family run Jeweler & Pawn shop. They removed 2 diamonds from my old ring, & mounted them in stud earrings with only a 3 day wait... I am quite in love with them! I love the fact they do work in house and are fair in pricing. They have many unique peices to hunt for too! Not only did they take the time to speak with us at length to create each unique design, they also took the time to understand what these pieces of jewelry truly meant to us. They were in constant contact through the whole process and even displayed genuine excitement when showing us how wonderful they turned out at each pick up. “Amazing jeweler. I needed my wedding set & a solid gold band re-sized (one bigger one smaller). Went to Gumer & it only took 3 business days & you cannot even tell they were re-sized. “In January of 2023 we purchased an engagement ring and wedding band. Both to be ordered in rose gold and in the correct size 4 1/2. Fast forward a few months and we have the set. After a month or two the engagement ring started to look tarnished, which was odd because it was to be rose gold, not rose gold plated. And the rings didn't feel to be the correct size. I took the rings back to the st.matt location and was told that nothing was wrong with them and they were the correct size. Fast forward to October, we took the rings in to the J-Town mall location where our concerns were validated. The band was corrected and an order to have a new engagement made to order was placed. In December we were contacted about the engagement ring and was told that unfortunately they couldn't complete the order due to issues with the mold needed. However Ursula asked us to come in and look at a selection of new rings that could come in rose gold, without any extra expense on our part. Our stress and concerns were understood and I am relieved with Ursulas customer service and understanding.”
