“Had some tricky spring bars to swap my watch band. Took it here and after the nice gentleman swapped my bands and got me setup, he tried to charge me nothing. Wanted to do it for FREE! We basically settled on $5 but I had to make him take it. Definitely will be back! Thank you!!!”

“A couple of years ago I had been searching for a specific look of ring. I found the absolute perfect one! It was more expensive than I was willing to spend on myself for just a desired piece. So I resigned myself to never being able to own this glorious creation.
When my now Husband proposed, he knew that I’d want to choose my own ring as I have a certain aesthetic for jewelry. Fortunately, I remembered the name of the jeweler.
I immediately called Seng Jewelers where I’d found my dream ring during an internet search and surprisingly it was still there!
They placed it in the safe and we drove 5 hours to the store to purchase it.
Luckily, the designer of this exquisite piece was working that day so we got to hear the story of his inspiration for the piece. His vision is amazing and he was so charming to work with.
It’s a lovely store and there were so many beautiful items.
After having my ring sized, we headed out for the 5 hour drive home.
My ring is absolutely as gorgeous as I knew it would be. It is one of a kind and I’ll never have to see anything like it on anyone else! The quality is fantastic and the staff at this family owned business were some of the nicest and knowledgeable people in the craft.

“THE BEST EXPERIENCE!!! Was in dire need of repair as my engagement ring stone was loose and rattling in the bezel setting. They were super friendly and communicated well, and managed to have my ring fixed in 2 days (including polishing it to look brand new!) for a great price. Will go nowhere else for my jewelry needs after this!!!”
