Placed an order this summer for an event in September. They cashed our check & ghosted us. Won't return our calls or emails, won't return our money, never delivered a product. It's been a month since we heard from them. So they essentially stole money from us, a church, and now we have no banner for our event.

I ordered an item and they have failed to send me an update or respond to any emails. Perfectly fine with taking the money from my account though. I have had to go through PayPal to escalate the issue and get a response. Maybe I'll update once they handle it.
