“Well I went to Lowe’s to get one board to help me with a job at home and two guys just walked right by me and smiled like I wasn’t even standing there!! So I seen that kibler was on my way there and stopped there to purchase this one board!! Well this young gentleman took my order and cut it in half to fit in my car!!! Didn’t mind going out of his way to help me!! And in 5 minutes I was able to get on my way home!! Feeling better that I could get my project finished today!!! Thank you young man !!”

“This place rocks. Here in a call trip and my 5000 predator went out. Called this place up, amazing on the phone, headed in, worked with kind staff and the supervisor I believe his name may have been Matthew but if not, the supervisor guy on April 31 2026 came over and without asking just inquired on the situation and made sure I walked out of there taken well care of being within my purchased 2 year extended warranty. He went above and beyond to ensure I was treated fairly in the exchange both financially and in treatment and interaction.
Quite possibly the greatest customer service experience I’ve encountered in many moons and we were in quite the pickle being way out , boon dock camping in the woods from Ohio.
