“Always the place we use for our prescriptions. Amazing customer service and friendly. Super helpful staff and just overall a great place. It can be a bit busy because of it's popularity, but it's worth the wait.”

“Definitely not a perfect world and things happen. The Pharmacist on duty today Aug. 20 went above and beyond! Wanted to take a second just to say thank you, Walmart needs more Pharmacist like this Classy lady here!”

“I love this place! Always a friendly smile and they know you by name. I switched all my medicines to Carrington drug and I love it. I love supporting the local entrepreneurs at the community. We are actually putting food on our neighbors plates. During COVID-19 millions of small businesses went out of business while our government let Wal-Mart remain open. At Walmart I was just a number and they could care less about me. Carrington I’m a person. And I feel valued as a customer. They take all the same insurances as WalMart, Kroger, and CVS. The differences is we are supporting our local entrepreneurs! Kudos to Carrington drugs. Plus they have a drive-through for the winter months. Or if you had surgery and can’t get out of your vehicle. Same with Ross, drugs and Whittaker. Will start making an impact in our own communities. I’m tired of Monopolies running this country. If you can’t tell, I am very happy.”

“Most of the employees are helpful, I've only had problems with one of them. It's an all the time thing with her so I avoid her register. With how many times I've been there, I think that is a great record. The store is always clean, same with the restrooms. Their hot food at lunch is sometimes burned so don't buy any if it is wrapped up to where you can't see it. I really hate that after 10pm all they have open are self checks. Kroger prices are higher than Walmart and that is fine because you are paying for a better experience, but that includes not checking myself out. Lines are usually short when I shop.”

“Depends on the store. Had an issue with another location in Lakewood, WA. The pharmacist refused to give me a flu shot because she said I have an attitude. And even if I do - how can a medical provider refuse a preventative treatment which is required by the government. I work in the health care. But this was the first negative experience in my life. I was always a loyal customer. The one in Mount Sterling was awesome! Everyone was so helpful and accommodating, they have all that I needed.”

“Probably the greatest location I've been to in all my life. I can't really describe the passionate feelings I have for this specific Kroger location. In the summer 2022, I literally went here 3 - 4 times a day. Sometimes not even to buy anything, but to experience the atmosphere. If it wasn't a crime and was not strange, I would spend my life here. I hope one day I'm allowed to get married here!!!!!!”
