“took my cat here for the first time and have nothing but good things to say! all of the workers were super friendly and welcoming. my cat can be a bit anxious and they were so sweet and good to him. during the visit they offered him treats because he was bein so good (and originally he didn't even want to leave the carrier crate lol!) the lady at the front desk was very helpful with everything, too. she scheduled a neuter apt and even printed off cost estimates and told me about a voucher offered through the humane society to save money on the procedure! 1000% recommend going to them!UPDATE: meant to update after my cat's neuter surgery but forgot! They did so well and I'm so appreciative of them! He healed perfectly no issues and suffered almost no pain or discomfort during the healing process. No infections, no complications, everything went more perfect than I thought possible! He's very anxious but he did so well at the vet and they do an amazing job at keeping you informed about the procedure, the options you have, etc. They were so kind and helpful. I'm sad that I moved and can no longer go to them!”

“So not only did Animal Health and Wellness take good care of my dog from when he was a puppy until now, but they may very well have saved my rabbit’s life!Yes, they do exotics! My rabbit ended up having a bowel obstruction/GI stasis. She had lost a significant amount of weight and just was not herself. The vet diagnosed her and taught me how to administer ALL of her medications. All of the staff genuinely care about their patients and the owners of each animal.I work an hour away and had my fiancé bring my rabbit in for me while I worked. They would keep her the whole day until I was able to come pick her up (often times almost as they were closing) and they were always so patient and understanding! He even forgot about an appointment last week and they let him bring her in 45 minutes past her appointment time!Of course GI stasis is not an easy or cheap fix in rabbits, but AHAW made the process as affordable and easy as possible and now my baby is so much better and recovering well! Cannot recommend these guys enough for your pets’ needs!”

“Very conscientious. They obviously care about the animals and do their best to isolate variables until they can come up with a plan A and plan B, starting with the simplest solution. They have food and meds you can buy over-the-counter inside, as well as providing prescriptions.Updating my older review with some new notes of good faith. We had the trials and tribulations of an aging dog last year and the staff here couldn't have been more supportive. They helped us have options to do the best preventative methods with the least prescriptions and visits possible. When it came time to say goodbye, they walked us through the process with so much compassion that it felt safe. They were absolutely gracious throughout that visit and gave us a burial box (cremation was an option but we chose to bury him next to another family pet).I cannot express with any amount of words how clear it is that everyone working here is sympathetic and passionate about helping animals live their best lives. I doubt another clinic could make me feel more comfortable and confident with my furry babies.”

“After a bad vet visit at Mayfield Vet Clinic, I was nervous to see another vet. I knew I wanted someone who would treat not only my dog with kindness, but also myself. Dr. Robertson quickly eased my nervousness as she cared for my dog. She was professional and made me feel as though I was a friend. She treated my dog as though he was her own, and helped talk me through everything she did. She asked multiple questions to get a better feel about my dog, and made me feel heard when voicing concerns about prior treatments. I will continue to see Dr. Robertson for all my animals!”
