“My 12 year old cat has had persistent daily vomiting for 6 months now. Her previous vet, another office in Murray, was treating the symptoms (and treating them poorly) versus actually working on diagnosing. After my cat had lost THREE POUNDS, I decided it was time to seek a second opinion. After the very first visit, Dr. Jackson at Westside immediately told me I had a sick kitty. Her white blood cell count is very high and she has pretty severe pancreatitis. Dr. Jackson is keeping my cat over the upcoming weekend to give her IV fluids and medication to get her on the road to recovery. I am so upset that I didn't bring her here sooner, but I'm so glad we're now receiving the care she needs.”

“I needed a new vet after moving my 11 y/o cat out of poor living conditions, and had a great experience! I was well informed every step of the way, including advice, treatment, and what my options were/how much they would cost. They stayed in contact with me between and after her appointments to check in on her, and quickly helped when she didn't take one of her medications very well. She's doing *so* much better now, I will definitely return for her routine check-ups, or if any other health concerns arise. Overall, I've found Murray Animal Hospital to be a very postive, affordable, and welcoming practice!”

“After a bad vet visit at Mayfield Vet Clinic, I was nervous to see another vet. I knew I wanted someone who would treat not only my dog with kindness, but also myself. Dr. Robertson quickly eased my nervousness as she cared for my dog. She was professional and made me feel as though I was a friend. She treated my dog as though he was her own, and helped talk me through everything she did. She asked multiple questions to get a better feel about my dog, and made me feel heard when voicing concerns about prior treatments. I will continue to see Dr. Robertson for all my animals!”
