I would highly recommend OCFA. A feral dog was dropped on our farm that had 12 pups. OCFA helped find homes for the pups and even picked up their mom and is trying to rehabilitate her. They worked after hours answering dozens of texts to help the sweet pups. I am forever grateful for their help.
