The people are good to work for and with. Some of the "company" policies about when you get paid and how much are different than anywhere else I've ever worked. But that's about it. As long as you are not a lazy idiot it's a decent place to work.

Genova now has new owners and different management. It is still growing and changing at this time but I love working here and will continue to do so as long as possible.
