The service they provide is sketchy. The service goes out a lot but when they do actually send a repair man out they are amazing and professional and take care of the problem.

first off this is the worst company by far. it is very disappointing that on days when people are home from work (holidays) the internet just goes out while im watching a show. it went out at 1:01pm and it's currently 5:13pm. i am so mad, just upset because im so tired of these lame excuses like just be honest.
