I rented for 1 day, drove 50. miles and refilled the tank; the total cost was $90.00. It took $20 to refill the tank before I took it back. I’d definitely rent from this location again! “Penske had our 26 ft truck ready to go, it was sanitized, with a full tank of gas as promised. The lady who took care of us was friendly, knowledgeable and had us on the road in no time. In general when deciding to rent a truck or hire moving company Penske won hands down with price, pay only for gas not miles, 24/7 roadside assist included and was the only company to ensure that the truck we wanted would be at that location. Everyone we talked with at Penske knew their stuff, they locked in a price for 6 months and were excellent at communicating, a week before, then again the weekend before and by text to make sure that we were good to go. One call to Penske made every other company pale in comparison.”

“The Penske rental from the Home Depot in Elizabethtown was a lifesaver! My dad and I had just spent three hours trying to chase down a U-Haul (from E’town to Radcliff, and now directing us to Clarkson) that we had reserved for an E’town pickup two weeks in advance. Exhausted, we pulled into the Home Depot, where the service desk gave us the Penske number. Jackson at Penske was very helpful, matched the Uhaul price, and had us in the perfect Penske truck out of that same Home Depot parking lot within 30 minutes. (Lonnie at the Home Depot service desk was also so kind and helpful).”

“I gave generally had really good service here in Etown. but I just had to cancel my card with them. Citibank. I pay ahead but due to covid interruption of supply chain I may be laid off. I made min payment for this month, a third of my usual payment. I miss-typed the electronic check. I was 3 dollars short. so I got a 28 dollar late fee. then when I went to pay off my credit card they refused to take a Home Depot gift card as payment. I find this unacceptable . this is a great way to loose their market share. I hope they reevaluated their CC options.”
