They carry name brand batteries and unmarked batteries that are blems for lower cost, I have bought several through the years and have had good luck with them! Great customer service as well!”

“Had my radiator blow on the side of i65 the other night. We're driving a 1996 ford 7.3 diesel all the way from west virginia to east texas and about 6 hours in blew a hole in the radiator at a rest stop. We were able to limp the truck back to Shepherdsville (nicest kindest most heart warming town with the most amazing helpful people ive ever met) and had a gentleman named Tim go out of his way after meeting at oreillys to help me get my radiator replaced and get my cooling system burped. They ordered the incorrect radiator at first but ended up ordering the right one, got it in this morning first thing, they had all my coolant in stock, fresh coolant hose and everything as well as a bucket to drain AND EVEN let me leave my truck in their parking lot overnight locked up of course where we took the radiator out without any issue. Lended me a bucket for the old coolant, and any funnels we needed. Absolutely amazing people in an amazing place and couldn't recommend these guys enough!! Thanks to every single employee who helped us get back on the road safely. ❤”

“My car battery died during our drive to Tennessee. Vivian was extremely helpful, kind and informative. I was so stressed being hundreds of miles between home and my destination while alone with my little one. She replaced the battery, gave me words of encouragement and a we even shared a few stories/laughs. During such an overwhelming moment, she was my saving grace. She helped me sign up for their rewards program and I was even able to use a discount. There was another issue with the car afterward that the store was not equipped to address but she pointed me in the direction of a reputable auto shop where they were able to fix the problem. I made it home safely thanks to the kindness and professionalism of Vivian. Will definitely be using Advanced Auto Parts services in the future.”

“After last week the walmart in hillview KY absolutely dropping the ball on installing new tires for my car, this location has actual technicians that have worked on cars before. They actually could get the lug nuts off my car without destroying them! Who knew! In and out in a hour car rides like new. Nice work.”
“I got 2 cars from them. First one no issues for the most part. The worked with us on financing. The lady sales person is wonderful. Yesterday I bought my 2nd vehicle and not even 24 hrs the starter goes out. Also all 4 of the tire sensors are bad . That $100 a pice. , fine whatever. Also egc calve is throwing a code , also whatever. Towed my van back to them yesterday and hopefully the install a new starter and NOT CHARGE me for it. . I get it’s AS IS but come on . Not even 24 hrs later. No issues fixing the other mention sttuff but I’m hooting the will do the starter for free at least.. if the do , yes definitely sending my mom down next and my other friends who need transportation.

“Would give 10 stars if I could. Fantastic staff. They replaced my wife's hood on a claim. When we picked up the car they had detailed it completely inside and out. They really go out of their way and roll out the red carpet. Here with my Tahoe now. Won't go anywhere else. Highly recommend”
