I usually go to chain/dealership shops to get my car fixed, but I did some research this time and found “Dave’s Auto Care.” Which I learned is family owned! The gentleman running the place Senan, was very honest, informative & trustworthy. He actually cares about the safety of you, the vehicle and your pockets. He even went above & beyond and fixed the front flap of my car that was hanging off unexpectedly! I’m very grateful to have found Dave’s. If you’re considering he’s service I highly recommend.”

“If I could give them 1000 stars I would - Dan is the man. Very seldom in the year 2025, you take your car anywhere, give them a budget and not only do they come in WAY under budget they actually told me I didn’t need something done that I thought needed done. Saved me $250 plus labor. Jim Stephans is the REAL DEAL if you’re tired of getting bent over by dealerships. They have a customer as long as I’m in market, and I will continue to buy German knowing I have these guys around the corner. thank you!!!!!”

“I used them a couple of days ago for a wreck I was involved in. The Hamilton County Sheriff called and they were the one up on the rotation that showed up. The tow driver was polite, as was the office manager when I showed up yesterday to get some things from my vehicle, take off my license plates and take some pictures. My car was towed from there by my insurance company. So, that's the last of my interactions with them.”

“Our door was hit (while open) in a parking lot so it wouldn’t close. The car also would not drive without the door closed so we called for a tow. The driver was great, he bent the door and forced it closed so we could drive it instead of being towed. He was so nice and funny, made the rainy night less stressful. Thanks!”

There was so many options for towing in Cincinnati and I was concerned about finding a good one that didn’t try to take advantage of situation since it was later in day on the weekend. He quoted me a very reasonable price and was quick to get to me. We got my SUV delivered and completed even with the bad weather and circumstances. But I just wanted to make sure I shared my experience and how thankful I went with him.

“The guy that works here was really super nice he stayed after hours so that I can come down there same daywday in the evening..heghe the part for me and I didn't know that it was just a snap in part that held my switches to try to fix my Saab 9-3 convertible top so he went ahead and tried the part for me and then we realized it didn't work so he saved me $75 on a part that it turns out I didn't need. Im getting my parts from him from now on it was it was an awesome experience down there and I was having a really bad day. Thank you so much”

“Recently rented a van and it was great experience -excellent service and support-I had a very modern van with backing up cameras, air cond. etc. Person there was friendly and helped me with choices and options. This is the second great experience in the past year. The email and sign up was easy -you can use your phone to upload license etc. which makes check out very simple.”
