“I never usually leave reviews, but the person who towed my Jeep was lovely! I got stuck in the mud last night and tried everything to get out. I called Geico to send a tow truck this morning with the ETA to be 9:45 and they got there around 9:15! Very kind, quick and efficient - he even said he pulled out two other Jeeps before mine this morning, haha. I will definitely call them again if needed :)”

Once they fixed my rattling muffler, six months later it started rattling again so I took it to them. I expected to pay close to what I paid the first time. They charged me $7 for a new part and not a penny for labor. I asked Joe why and he said because he worked on it before.”

“I had a great experience at Cincinnati Auto Haus. I brought my Oddysey in because of a battery/alternator issue. I had taken my vehicle to another mechanic for this same issue just a few years ago so I brought it to CAH hoping to get better results. The owner did a timely inspection of my vehicle and was very transparent about the different issues he saw. The service I received from CAH was informative, transparent and timely. In addition the price was very reasonable compared to my experiences at other auto-mechanics in the past. It's nice to have our family vehicle rolling again.”

“The guy that works here was really super nice he stayed after hours so that I can come down there same daywday in the evening..heghe the part for me and I didn't know that it was just a snap in part that held my switches to try to fix my Saab 9-3 convertible top so he went ahead and tried the part for me and then we realized it didn't work so he saved me $75 on a part that it turns out I didn't need. Im getting my parts from him from now on it was it was an awesome experience down there and I was having a really bad day. Thank you so much”
