Once I figured out where the day surgery building and Welcome Desk was I was met by nothing but the nicest and most professional people. Kind, efficient and gentle. The welcoming and hospitality the showed me and my wife should be practiced at all medical centers. Thank you!

A recent trauma emergency caused us to be transferred from Ruston to Rapides Regional. We didn't know at the time but Wow - What a blessing! Professional and personable experience from ER to discharge. Thanks to all that were involved in our stay. I would highly recommend this facility

This team was excellent!! The mammogram tech and ultrasound tech were AWESOME! They made me feel comfortable and reassured me everything was going be ok ? Thank you Ms. Shannon and Ms. Terri at the outpatient center for mammograms.
