“After 4 days of having my vehicle being in the shop at LA Tire & Lift, multiple people from Effie to Marksville tried telling me their practices were shady. Y'all hadn't done anything for me to believe the rumors. Who knows how that nonsense gets started. I thank you very much for replacing the tires with a grand touring type and power coating the stock Honda wheels. It took longer than both of us expected to get the material. I had left an irrational message on their socials and I instantly regretted my actions. Thank you for forgiving me and proceeding the work. You guys couldn't have been more professional and forthcoming. Anyone who wishes to tarnish your reputation will have to go through me. The Bridgestone Tauranza Everdrive tires ride like a cloud, even over potholes 💜💛. Thank you for the alignment too❣ The wheels look much better.”

“Appreciate Josh’s attitude and help. He even stopped to make coffee coffee for us. You can get better prices at Walmart but you get better service and less waiting here. They charge a 4 % credit card fee. Because of this I’ll most likely never come back.”

I broke down outside of Alexandria on a Friday night with my two dogs, and George Hauk's Automotive got my vehicle fixed up in less than a week so I was able to get back home to Texas for Thanksgiving with my family! They also gave me a Thanksgiving plate that they had here at the shop for their team, which was incredibly nice and delicious! These are good people! I would use them for all of my automotive needs if I lived in Alexandria!”

This is our first time calling and we are not from northern Cali. Jose was so kind and told us to come in. As soon as we arrived, he checked our tires and adjusted the pressures on all 4 tires! Amazing service! Wish everyone in service industry was like Jose at C&M.”
“Caught a flat traveling from Ho,uston to Alabama on a Sunday. Went to Walmart and of course, they do not have my tire size in stock. Most of the tire shops were closed. The ones that was open also didn't carry my size. I had called Broadway and they got me back on the road in no time.”
“We purchase a 2020 Kia Optima in Oct. 2022. This dealership epitomizes was Customer Service is from the day we bought this this car they have exceeded in Customer Service. Today was no exception I ran over something in the road 2 weeks ago but never really had any issues until yesterday. While driving on the interstate there was a flapping and scraping sound coming from underneath. I'm 66 years old so I couldn't look underneath. This morning I called Kia they told me to bring it in. I did they told me the skid plate was torn up. I couldn't afford to pay for it today. So made it so I could drive it. Changed the oil and rotated the tires. From the receptionist Brittany who took the call transferred me to Service who was busy and couldn't answer my call quickly. Brittany picked my call back up and explained I could hold, call back or Service could call me back. I decided I would just go to Kia. My point is Brittany did not leave me on Death hold. Service Department Nora took my car in they offered to Shuttle me anywhere but I stayed. Every single person who works at Kia were friendly polite went above and beyond to make me appreciated. If you ever want to see Team work in action, Outstanding Customer Service during and after the Sale then go to Walker Kia you won't be disappointed. Shout outs to Receptionist Brittany, Nora in Service, Cortez I Bria Sales Manager, Austin Cooper my Sales Person and everyone else who works there definitely know and understand true Customer Service!! Geaux Kia Walker Geaux!!”

“I went for a front end alignment but to my surprise the mechanic told me if he gave me an alignment I would still have problems with my vehicle because of the bottom of the car where the tires sit were worn and needed replacement. I know something was wrong because I had put 3 brand new tires on the front of the car and within less than a month the tires were bald and no one but National tire told me why this was happening and would not do my front end alignment because I would had just been wasting my money. They are honest and trustworthy”
