“Very knowledgeable, professional and reliable!! We had an unknown problem with our truck slowing down once it reached a certain speed limit and the suspension system light kept coming on. We had taken it to the dealership twice for diagnostic and they couldn’t figure it out, but when we took it to Ciji’s to get our brakes changed, they knew exactly what it was without a diagnostic tool. “Simply amazing. This is the second time I’ve trusted A. Vargas Body Shop on Magazine Street in New Orleans, and the experience was outstanding once again.
Alex and his team are true craftsmen. They repaired my vehicle so well it looks good as new—maybe even better. The quality of work speaks for itself.
What really stands out is their honesty and professionalism. The pricing was fair, there were no hidden fees or surprise add-ons, and the car was ready exactly when they said it would be. That same reliability is why we came back after they previously repaired our Jeep Renegade a few years ago.
I even chose to repair my 2019 Ford Fiesta rather than let insurance total it, and Alex respected that decision completely.
