“Jan 16, the first really COLD day of the winter and my truck battery decides to go out. I am at work overseas and my wife is at home in Rosepine with a truck she can’t start. She is late for work. A good neighbor jump starts the truck for her and I tell her to go to the first automotive store in DeRidder, O’Reilly’s, to buy a new battery. The guys at O’Reilly’s will sell my wife a battery but they won’t install it for her. “It’s a Toyota, we can’t touch it.” They say. Thanks for nothing O’Reilly’s!So I tell my wife to go to the next store, Autozone. The guys there sell and INSTALL a new battery for my wife to help get her on her way. The whole team was friendly , professional , and efficient. The part is being sent by mail tomorrow!
